I like the boys names, especially Nathaniel Elias.
Not such a fan of your girls names. Julia is ok, but I dislike Emilia and especially Carolina. Ivy is nice as a middle name.

I LOVE Nathaniel and Nathaniel Elias is very handsome. I really dislike Oscar but it sounds good with Nathaniel.

Your girl names are all lovely, though the -leena pronunciation of Carolina would be an uphill battle in an English-speaking country. I'm obviously a fan of Julia ;) and Emilia is also beautiful.

Nathaniel Oscar a little more, because with Nathaniel Elias you get a double EL which harder to say, I think.

Carolina - not a huge fan... the only Caroline variation I like is Coraline.
Julia - not a fan either, though there's nothing wrong with it
Amelia - is okay. Personally prefer Emmeline.
