I love Claudia, and am more easy on Charlotte these days. I also kinda like Riley for a girl, and I love Jack. I wish I could use Jack but it's like the #1 boys' name where I live right now.
My mum also hates certain favourite names of mine: Coralie, Ezra, Tabitha, Nora, Milo (drink), Winifred (before we named our dog Winnie, now I'm sad I can never use Winnie on a kid, but w/e)
I'm trying to think. Um. BtN hated names.... I don't know if there's any ones I would defend, or any names I've posted about that have had a bad reaction. Hmmm. I am loving Sophie so hard right now, does that count? I would totally name a child Sophie. One of my PNLs was at one time rateable... Lower than 2 stars were Annora, Anoushka, Asher, Charlie as a full FN (OH I also love Charlie on a girl ha), Clemence, Clement, Edie (maybe not so BtN friendly, I love Eden), Ezekiel, Ezra (I thought this was a BtN fave?), Jemima, Juniper (BtN what), Liora, Mariamne, Marlowe, Noam, Romola, Roshanara, Sasha (on both), Tapiwa, Tate (also on both), Torin, and Wynn.
Speaking of Tapiwa, Malawi has gotten me to love all sorts of weird-ass names like Loveness and Wonderful and Obama and Happy and Dorica and Elida and Evaleti and Bright and Modesta and Flossie and Manis (I actually adore Manis / Maness on a girl) and Phalida.
