It has an old charm, but it is still identifiable. It was also the name of my great-great grandmother, so that helps. :)
Bea is my handsdown favorite nickname. Pronounced Bee-ah.
I also like Bee & Trix.
Beatrice I like to pair with more popular names at the moment, in case my daughter didn't really like the older feel of Beatrice (even though some of these names are older themselves).
