I get entirley different impressions from each name and I'd be surprised if I found the two had been named by the same parents, or, like Ninor said, one parent had had more say in one name than they had in the other. Maisie and Arthur William (which is terribly handsome, by the way) I can kind of see together, but Catelyn throws it off entirely!
