Re: What would you name a child today if...
1. Lily Anastasia
2. Lily Anastasia :PLuckily my boyfriend and I both love Lily and Anastasia. I would have to think about whether we would call her Anastasia or Lily. I love both names equally and it would be so hard to decide. For a second daughter it would be more difficult. I don't like any other names nearly as much as Lily and Anastasia. I like Clara but my boyfriend doesn't. He likes Sofia but I think it's too common. I guess we could agree on Naomi, Serafina, Aurora, Annabel, Marie or Ilinca but I'm not crazy about any of those even though I like them all. For a boy I hardly like anything I guess I could warm up with David which he loves.Oh and if I really could choose anything without taking anyone's opinion or strange questions into consideration I guess I would choose a Japanese name for our second daughter. I love their gorgeous meanings! Or an English name that doesn't really work where I live.Grace Felicia - not sure how he would like that
Rose Victoria - I think he would like this combo. It works in France but not so much in Austria, it might get pronunced differently (Rose that is, Victoria works well)
Riko Eleanor
Saki Annabel
Sachiko Graceif we had to agree on something more conservative:Naomi Rose (as a middle name Rose would be fine, as only on paper)
Annabel Victoria
Ilinca Beatrice or maybe Helena Beatrice
Marie Auroranot really happy with the combos yet, I would probably mix them around a bit or think of new middle names. I also love Noëlle but in France it is a bit dated (I don't mind that) however in Austria I guess it could come across as a bit tacky and not sure if it would get pronounced correctly. I love the combo Marie Noëlle. Mary Noëlle is good too.For a boy I guess David Aaron, David Jonah...something like that. I am really uninspired when it comes to boys names these days :/
