Hi !!!!Amber 8/10 It is really nice but I prefer Ambra XDAndrea 4/10 dislike for a girl. I prefer Andreia, Andreea, Andreana, Andressa.Aria 7/10 It could be my style but I don't know why I dislike it. Maybe because it is a daily word here (air). I prefer Aura.Brynn 2/10 It seems a childish nickname sorry. I orefer Brent on a boy.Charlotte 9/10 I love all about this name. Elyse 3/10 I strongly dislike all Elisa names (Elisa, Eliza, Élise, Lisa, Liza).
After that this is a mispelling so..no.Gina 2/10 an elderly-lady nickname.Heather 8/10 it is beautiful and with a pretty sound. I prefer Erica though.Kayla 3/10 horrible. Just it.Layla 9.50 nearly 10 - one of my favourite names but only pronounced LIE-la.Madison 3/10 like Kayla I just strongly dislike it.Tahlia 5/10 It seems odd imo.
When I read it I only see another name: Thalia (the Muse). So I prefer it.

Thanks for the in depth explanations! I'm not a fan of any of these spellings though.

My favorite of these is easily Tahlia. I like a lot of them but that one stands out as being especially beautiful.Ordered from favorite to least favoriteReally like or like:
Tahlia - Tahlia is my favorite Thalia spelling and Talia is my second favorite. Tali or Lia can both be good nn's.Elyse - I slightly prefer the spelling Elise. This name is very similar to Alice only it is less common.Andrea - I like the nn's Ann, Annie, and Andie. I especially like Andie.Aria - Very trendy right now but it is very pretty.Charlotte - Charlie, Lottie, and Lettie are all really good nn's. Unfortunately this name is very popular.Heather - A bit dated because of how popular it was but I only know a few of them personally.Amber - I have know quite a few Amber's, I go back and forth between liking it and finding it a bit too cutesy and dated.Layla - Not too common although at the same time fairly popular. It reminds me of Kayla but I like Layla a lot more and I doubt it will ever reach Kayla's level of popularity.
Okay
Gina - I know a lot of Gina's, I had a best friend with this name who is now Gene and I also have an aunt Gina. I prefer the name Regina which I would place in the "Like" catagory. I also prefer Gia since it is less dated.

Amber: Love this one.
Andrea: Love this one too, and I think it is somewhat less tied to a particular area than Amber is.
Aria: Don't care for it; it's not easy to know how to pronounce it.
Brynn: Might be all right for a middle name but as a first it seems dull and heavy.
Charlotte: I see no appeal in this name. It's prissy and stiff and kind of grim.
Elyse: Never liked it, it sounds slithery and slick, and the spelling will be a nuisance.
Gina: Very cute.
Heather: Very pretty, though even more tied to the seventies and eighties than Amber.
Kayla: Love it. Might get a bit lost among the other Kaylas, Kaylees, Kaelyns, Katelyns and Makaylas, depending on your area.
Layla: It's nice enough, though extremely popular and might get lost with the other Laylas of various spelling plus the Lilys and Lilas and Lillians.
Madison: Not terrible but Maddies are a dime a dozen.
Tahlia: Looks like a mistake for Thalia or Talia, a nuisance to spell and pronounce.

I advise against Amber and Heather. I love Amber and dislike Heather, but both are very dated.I advise against Kayla. Dated and flimsy.I advise against Brynn, Charlotte, Layla, Madison, Aria and Tahlia simply because I dislike them. That leaves Andrea, Elyse, and Gina. If I had to pick one, I'd pick Andrea. I've always liked it, though I don't love it.

Amber - stereotypical dumb blonde or a stripper.
Andrea - Nice, doesn't personally appeal but there is nothing wrong with it.
Aria - Nice, getting trendy, I prefer Arya pronounced ar-YAH
Brynn - Is a male name
Charlotte - I'm positively sick of little Charlies but it's a nice name.
Elyse - Alright, always felt very bland. I vastly prefer Alice or Elisa.
Gina - Alright, I'd be very surprised to meet a little Gina I associate it with my mom's generation.
Heather - Fine, doesn't excite in any way.
Kayla - Insanely popular among my age group so it feels dated and boring.
Layla - Nice, I prefer the Laila spelling.
Madison - Is a male name and super overdone and boring.
Tahlia - nice.

My faves are: Amber Charlotte, Layla Charlotte and Elise Tahlia.
Elise looks so much nicer to me than Elyse.

Charlotte is the only name on your list that I myself would use. The others aren’t overtly tawdry, but do give me a “second tier” vibe.
