This is a sibset from a book I'm reading.

I think it's set around the 1930's.

Also, their step-mother is called Topaz. Their father is either James or John (haha I have a very short memory!). Also they have a dog called Heloise.

Rose and Thomas are really nice names. I dislike the nickname "Tom". Cassandra is pretty but kinda 80ish to me.

Rose sticks out for me, but I like Cassandra and Thomas as siblings.
Actually, Rose and Thomas could be fine too.

I Capture the Castle has excellent names, doesn't it?

One of my favourite books. It is set in the 1930s, the father is James but everyone calls him Mortmain, and there are lots of other great names in it, too. Simon, Neil, Aubrey, Leda...it's just excellent all around.

I think Rose, Cassandra, and Thomas make a fine sibset.
