[Opinions] Rachel
Hello,
Can you tell me what you think of Rachel Victoria for a girl?
we were thinking we might pronounce Rachel the french way, raSHELL, but do you think this would really confuse people? Which sounds prettier do you think? If we liked Ra'shel better how could we spell it? Sister is Hana Mariah, it's pronounced with a long a not a short a like Hannah, do you think Rachel Victoria would go with her sisters name? Also, we were thinking of including a second middle name, something more unusual, do you think this would ruin the flow of the name?

I really like the name Rachel, but not with the French pronunciation. I do think that would confuse people, yes. If you do want to use that pronunciation then I'd spell it Rachelle. I think Rachel Victoria makes a nice combo. I think Hana and Rachel would be nice for sister's names. I wouldn't add a second mn either.

Rachel is a nice name, but I can think of petter names. Hanna is better spelled Hannah, for my taste.

Rachel Victoria flows well with the normal pronunciation of Rachel. I find it slightly dull, as I know so many Rachels, but there's nothing wrong with it. I don't think anyone would pronounce it raSHELL. Maybe use Rochelle? That used to be on my faves list when I was younger. S xx

I'm not a hugh fan nof Rachel but I think Rachel Victoria is a very classy combo and it fits nicely with Hana Mariah. I like Rachel better then Rachelle. A third name might work as well, whar kind of name did you have in mind? I'd like something short like Eva Rachel Victoria or Rose Rachel Victoria

Rachel Victoria is fine. For the pronunciation you want, try Rachelle.

Well, I can't help you much with Rachel because, honestly, I dislike it. But I wanted to praise you on choosing Victoria. I think it's a terrific name. Wouldn't you consider using it as a first name?
