[Opinions] Nathan vs. Aaron
Me again ;)
Just a little question: which name would you choose when you had to: Nathan or Aaron?

AaronI've always liked both names, but Aaron seems a little less popular/overused (not that Nathan is uber-popular, though). I prefer Nathaniel nn Nat to Nathan, though, so if it was Nathaniel vs. Aaron, the former would've won. ;)

Nathan, hands downI love the name Nathan...it's one of my personal favorites. I think it's so classic, handsome, and masculine.Aaron, on the other hand, is dnmsaa. It's okay for a girl spelled Erin, but I don't find any appeal in it for a boy.

I prefer Aaron. Nathan isn't horrible, but it's always seemed a bit too nasally to me. I like Nathaniel much better.

Aaron without a doubt. Nathan just never seemed to be a name with character to me, it's always seemed lacking even in comparison with the similar names Nathaniel and Nate. Aaron on the other hand comes across as timeless to me and is a very handsome name.

It's like choosing between your brothers for me.Because they're both literally the names of my brothers, lol.As names, I think I might slightly prefer Nathan over Aaron. I actually would say I prefer Nathaniel over both of them, but that's obviously not an option. :P(Dude, I feel stupidly guilty over choosing one. I'm such a lamer.)

Nathan. It was going to be Skye's name if she was a boy and I am still considering it if I ever have a son. Aaron was actually going to be Hayley's name is she was a boy, Grant chose it. I wasn't that keen on it to be honest (still not) but I told him I'd think about it, luckily we had a girl.So yeah, Nathan gets my vote.

AaronI really like Aaron. It's masculine without having a hard edge, one of those names that I think has a quieter feel to it. David and Samuel make the same impression on me. I know I have a different mental voice for how I say them compared to my other favorites William, Lawrence, and Robert, for example, if that makes sense. Even moreso I love Aron, although I'd gladly take either. I don't dislike Nathan but it's not one of my particular favorites. I'm generally a fan of the nickname Nate, though; I've never met a Nate I didn't like. I've also yet to meet a Nathan or Nathaniel that doesn't go by Nate, as a matter of interest.
