[Opinions] Noor and Els
I think I'm on a one-syllable name streak. There's something so clean cut about short, one-syllable names. Today, I'm loving Noor, an Arabic name and a short form of Eleonoor. I'm also liking Els, a short form of Elisabeth, which I've liked for a while. Do you have any middle name suggestions? I'm feeling something exotic with Noor, and not as exotic, but virtually unused, or uncommon with Els. I don't know. You came up with some great combos for my post on Jean yesterday that I'm hoping you can help me again today.Thanks.

Noor Miriam and Noor Zinnia are wonderful! Haven't really cared much for Zinnia in the past, but pairing it with Noor makes me see it in a whole different light.Loving Els Cordelia, Els Magnolia, and Els Violet. Fine suggestions. Thanks!

I love Noor! I find it quite hard to say though. I'm not sure on Els, I think I prefer Else (with the same pronunciation). It looks strange and I've seen Els/Elz used as a nickname for Ellie, which I don't like. But it could grow on me. Els Albertine
