Olivia is very common and Daisy is a bit flimsy and insubstantial, imo.

I'd go with Virginia. It's dignified sounding, not too popular, and it lends itself to Ginny, which I like.

It's home-y to me and quaint, and at the same time it's elegant and regal. Olivia is stale to me and Daisy's all right, but Virginia is a gold brick found in a mudhole.

I would choose Daisy.

Olivia is too boring and common. Also I wouldn't use it because my brothers name is Oliver and it's too similar.

Virginia is too open to teasing nicknames, and I also think it sounds too pretentious and posh. I like Ginny though.

Virginia is feminine, but not too frilly. It's more stable in terms of popularity. It has a lot more history, it can be a namesake for the Virgin Mary, and I like the nickname Ginny.

Olivia, because I don't see Virginity as a virtue and Daisy is cute but a little dippy. Also I really love Olivia, even though it is super common and will be super dated.

I live Olivia, too. Virginia is okay. They're all different personalities. You know what I mean? So you've got to keep that in mind if you're naming a character in a book. Or even a real baby. I had a friend that settled on a name for her baby that she absolutely loved, but when the baby was born she decided that it didn't fit his personality and chose a different name. I don't know what kind of personality a baby has that is only a few hours old and hasn't really opened his eyes. She saw it, though.

Olivia is disgustingly trendy atm, and although it is a lovely name (the nn Livvy is super cute too), I am so bored by it these days. Virginia is another beautiful name, but the "Virgin-" part would not be helpful to any child, and I don't feel virginity is something to value. The nn Ginny is adorable though.

Daisy is a nature name, and I love those. As with most nature names, I don't feel I'd actually use Daisy, but it's beautiful nonetheless. I think it is substantial... It feels spunky to me. To me, it's the name of a headstrong girl with pep and attitude.

Daisy -- because Olivia is done to death and as nice as Virginia is, I see potential teasing with the 'virgin' bit. Daisy isn't ideal either since there's the perception by some of it being flaky or less sophisticated.

I love it, it's #2 on our list. It's such a beautiful name. It's elegant and mature, but upbeat and bright. It's jewelly colors and has a gardeny, domestic feel. I'm very happy that my DH likes it too so I might be able to use it someday!

Daisy is so cutesy, and I really dislike the "virgin" element of Virginia.

Virginia... Olivia's overused and Daisy makes me think of livestock more than people... Virginia's nice enough and not overused at all these days.

Virginia! It reminds me of a cross between a charming Southern belle and a stalwart feminine go-getter.

I have the impression that Virginia ("Ginny" not "Virgie") is very classy. I guess because I only ever seem to see it on people who are, well, classy. Well-off, well-educated, well-groomed, well-mannered etc. But it's not pompous - it doesn't work at seeming classy.

Daisy is nmsaa, spunkified/childish/trivial and reminds me of Daisy Buchanan. Olivia is nice, but comes off as a little chilly to me, and I'm not thrilled by its history. Virginia intimidates me a little, but I guess I'd pick it from those three since Ginny seems unpretentious.

Daisy!! I LOVE this name, as to me, it has a sweet and feminine sound which I love. It's just gorgeous!

Virginia is my choice. I like both of the other choices too, though.
