I highly doubt it will be the next Jennifer, I don't think it will make it into the Top 100 in the 2020's or 2030's. It's already started to slow down, It will probably make it to be somewhere in the 200's not quite making it into the Top 100 but maybe it won't even quite make it that far.
My husband's cousin born two or three years ago in Canada is named Millie Juniper. I don't think Millie is short for anything.
A few years ago I myself loved the name Juniper and it was near the bottom of my Top 20 favorite girl's names. I like it more as a mn than a fn these days but I wouldn't use it since it was just used by my husband's aunt. Truthfully I don't even know if I love it anymore, I definitely at least like it.
