[Opinions] WDYT of Lily?
I am really loving this name again. It is feminine and frilly, but not as long as other names in the same style, such as Isabella, or Anastasia. What combos would you use with Lily and which spelling do you prefer: Lily or Lilly? My combos would be: Charlotte Lily
Lily Catherine
Olivia Lily
Lily Olivia
Anna Lily
Annalise Lily

I think it's a bit overused right now, but I still like it and I vastly prefer it to similar style names like Lucy. It's classic and light and airy and fun. Your combos are nice. I particularly enjoy Charlotte Lily and Lily Catherine (Catherine's not my favorite but put together I think it's pretty.) Olivia and Annalise are a tad rhymey to my ear with it.I pretty much like any of the spellings: Lily, Lilly, Lilli, Lili, Lillie (not so much Lilie), and even Lilleigh or Lillea (Lilea and Lileigh look a bit to much like they could be wanting to be prounounced LIE-lee so I might steer clear of those). I can't think of any other ways to spell it haha! But probably the first three are my favorites. edit: fixing mistake and also I thought of Lilley (but not Liley: ditto the LIE-lee conundrum)

Lily has been growing on me but I still don’t love it. I think it’s better as a first name.

I feel like I should like it since it fits in with my usual style but for some reason I can't stand most Lily names. I think Lillian is tolerable but the rest are just meh to me.I prefer one L -- Lily.I don't like Olivia with it because too many sounds repeat. Charlotte Lily is okay and probably my favorite from the group. I would avoid any names that have L sounds since Lily is so L-heavy. If I had to name a daughter Lily, I would probably make the combo Lily Ramona or Winifred Lily.

I like Lily a lot! In fact, it’s my daughter’s middle name. We paired it with something a little less popular, though. I’ve noticed your taste doesn’t usually stray too far beyond the top names. There’s nothing wrong with that. Names become popular when they have wide appeal. But those names can be a little tiring to the ear after a while.

True! I work at a day care, and some names get repeated so many times, I tire of them. Logan being the main one!
