Tata? Bebe? Tabs? I think it's better without a NN.

It tends to sound retro to me, reminds me of amber and granny squares. I like it.

I love Tabitha. One of my favorite sibling sets of all time is Tabitha, Susannah, Rebekah, Samuel & Miriam. My husband refused to even consider Tabitha.

And no, I can't think of any nn besides Tabby or Tibby, although Tib by itself is cute.

I love it, it's one of my favorites! It's pretty and feminine while having sort of a fun witchy vibe. I personally like Tabby as a nickname but I'm a crazy cat lady so I don't mind the cat associations.

I love Tabitha. I find the nicknames Tabby or Tab great, but maybe "Bitsy" could be a pet name for it (from the "bit" in Tabitha). Beth could even work, because the "bith" part is sorta similar to beth. Bethie?

I know a Bithia (it was derived from Terabithia, not from the Biblical name) and she goes by Bith or Biff sometimes which is funny as she is a tiny, slender blonde girl.

That's hilarious! A few South African cricket captains ago, there was Graeme Smith who was/is huge and a very big hitter and was known as Biff (as a riff on Smiff ... )

I think Tabitha is cute. I like both Tabby and Tibby, can't think of any other nns that aren't a stretch, sorry.

I like Tabitha. It's pretty and innocent. I like the nicknames Tabby, Abby would be another good one, even though it's not any different.

Maybe Tilly, Billie / Billie, which have not anything to do with Tabitha.

I love Tabitha, it's retro and unexpected. In addition to Tabby and Tibby I've also heard of Bitsy for it before. Bitsy is usually a more obscure NN for Elizabeth but I prefer it on Tabitha.

I like it. Maybe not enough to ever personally use it, but I do like it, and I think Tabby is sweet. I can’t think of any other unlisted nicknames.
