[Opinions] Flora, Genista & Ginevra
Genista and Ginevra have been stuck in my head the last couple days and Flora for a bit longer, and I positively cannot think of anything else. As of yet I can't tell if I really like them or if they're just a passing fancy. WDYTO Flora, Genista and/or Ginevra?

Flora -- Beautiful, refreshing, elegant, nostalgic, timeless
Genista -- Pretty, better as a quirky mn
Ginevra -- Gorgeous, Ginny is a cute nn, danger of being mispronounced though.
Not that you asked, but Flora Ginevra would be a beautiful combination.
Flora Genista flows well, but the meaning is too cutesy to be put together.

Flora, on one hand I like this name because of the history attached to it, But the fact that it is the name of a popular brand of Margerine puts me off it a bit
Genista - not really my style but pretty enough
Ginevra - lovely name it has something that Guinevere lacks though cant quite get the right word to fit exactly what that is, sharper stronger more attitude

Genista and Ginevra aren't bad, but not huge favorites. The nn Genny/Ginny seems inevitable, and having grown up with and still being surrounded by SO many Jennifers/Jennys, it's not attractive to me at all. I used to love Genevieve, though, and Geneva even more. But gave them up for similar reasons. Flora, though, is a huge favorite. :) Eventually I'll have to decide between it and Nora, another top fave. The only thing that turns me off Flora is, being a nurse, it reminds me somewhat of 'bacterial flora'. :-/
