I like a lot of the names on the list. Most are fairly unpopular, but definitely not hideous. I don't think all of the names are all that funky, except that they are less common right now and that would make people pause to take them in. I'm not sure how Christine is funky. But, some of the names *are* funky, and I like it!
I've actually had quite a few of these on my mind lately, like Cecile, which I was pondering just a few days ago, and I've polled many of them recently as middle names and first names.

The names are a bit more definitely split along traditional gender lines.
