Isabella has only become popular in the last five years... Elizabeth has been around forever. I'm going to have to say Isabella (not only is it my favourite name) but it's not near as popular as Elizabeth is.
Elizabeth and Elena clash I'm not fond of sibsets whom have the name beginning with the same letter. Isabella and Elena sounds a lot better.
