This is so weird-I was JUST thinking about Melissa last night and what a pretty name it is. I do know two of them that are my age so that kind of stops me from using it-one in particular that I now have a bad association with. But I think the name is just so sweet and pretty and I like the nickname Lissa too.
Melanie is pretty too although I prefer Melissa.
