A sibset from a British magazine:Linus, 8
Silvy, 7
Ptolemy, 3What's with Ptolemy? It seems awfully hard for a child to pronounce. Perhaps they use Tolly as a nickname?WDYT?

Linus is cute but geeky, Silvy should be Sylvie, Ptolemy (ptoh-leh-meh in French) is nmsaa and weird today. Tolly is nmsaa.

I love Ptolemy! But I think you're right, it is hard to pronounce (let alone spell!).

Ptolemy, hmm. A bit out there, but as I've never heard anybody actually pronounce the P, it might work.I don't think those are necessarily bad names; Linus is fantastic, and Silvy would be a fine nickname for Silvia.
