Because she used it three times! (Makai, Elijah Makai, and Caleb Kai). I only like Noah, Jonah, and Elijah. The rest are just not my style or horrible (Nariyah is just blech, I prefer Mariah or Moriah). And I dislike the same MN thing she has going, on twins it's not so horrible but on 8 babies it's an overload. She could have gone with virtue names or names with the same meaning.
