Fay
Fay has always been one of my favorite names; I think it has attitude. It's also simple and pretty, which are the kind of names I'm drawn to. The problem is, our surname doesn't sound very good when paired with Fay. In fact, it sounds kind of awkward. I've been thinking about using it as a middle name, but a middle name for what? I tend to like classic names, and names that are bit unusual, but not wacky. If you can think of anything, it would be much appreciated-I want to find a good combo for this name. Thanks!Oh, by the way-our last name rhymes with "food", if that helps. :)

I was at school with a Tessa Fay LN: charming, beautiful girl and a very good pianist. Her little sister was Chloe, and they'd both been named after their twin aunts, Chloe and Fay. None of the names was fashionable then.

Whatever happened to Fay Wray"That delicate satin-draped frame, As it clung to her thigh, How I started to cry, 'Cause I wanted to be dressed just the same..." Oh, Rocky! :)I like Fay. It's so old-Hollywood earthy-glam. And it could probably fit in as a MN just about anywhere, because it is a single-syllable name. Those guys are magical that way. What about...Anna Fay
Eliza Fay
Clara Fay
Mabel Fay
Alice Fay
Beatrice Fay
Charlotte Fay
Flora Fay
Hattie Fay (or Harriet Fay, if that's too informal)
Hester Fay
Lily Fay
Norah Fay
Philippa Fay
Dorothy Fay
Winifred Fay
Zelda Fay (I loove this)
Annabel Fay
Susannah FayAny you like??
