Calla and Hunter.....
I met a Calla a few weeks ago at a grad BBQ. Her dad is Zachary and I can't remember the mother's name. Also at that BBQ I met a Hunter Dale, who is a 1 year old girl! Apparently her grandfather (Dale) likes hunting and that's how she got her name. I just find that a little weird. What do you think of Hunter Dale and Calla?

Hunter Dale is a total GP to me. Calla is not my style

I love Calla; it's so smooth and elegant. I think Hunter Dale on a boy would be awful. On a girl, it makes me want to weep and gnash my teeth.

Not a fan of Hunter as a fn... W/ Dale as a mn (which is also more common on boys than girls), she's likely to get mistaken for a boy until people meet her. Cruel thing to do to a girl.
Calla's really nms.

My friend's dogs are actually named Calla and Hunter.
I like Calla, Callie would be a cute nickname. It's a nice flower name that isn't as overused as Lily, Rose, etc.
Hunter Dale for a girl? I can see Hunter with a very feminine middle name (Hunter Elizabeth, Hunter Olivia, etc.) but Dale? Oh dear.

I really like Calla. It's a beautiful name.Hunter is one of my least favorite names, for either sex. It's such a "violent" name to me.

I totally agree about Hunter.

I love Calla (I'd use it as a nn for Calanthe), but I don't like Hunter at all on a girl. I don't even like it on a boy.

I think Calla is OK, NMS, but not bad overall. I completely HATE the name Hunter on either gender.

I love Calla. Hunter Dale would be an okay but nms name on a BOY... on a girl it's just strange.
