I pronounce them the same, but prefer Zuleika. The spelling looks cleaner and more attractive.

I think I like the look of Zuleika better, yet am attracted to Zulaykha / Zulayka for the more obvious pronunciation.

Yeah, I pronounce them the same.
I prefer Zulaykha.
