I love Wilhelmina. It's dignified and sweet at the same time and is loaded with Old World charm. My favorite nn for it is Mina, but all of the ones you've listed are great too. (I thought I was the only person who stil liked Billie for a girl.)
Wilhelmina Pearl and Willa Frances are first rate, especially Wilhelmina Pearl -- that one shimmers. A few suggestions:

Thank you. Yes I was pleasantly surprised to find from my recent Billie post that no one had anything bad to say about it lest it may be too flimsy to use on its own - which sort of lead me to this post
