Ailis and Liadan
What do you think of twins Liadan and Ailis? Ailis would be honoring an Ailish, pronounced the same way, but I like the original Irish spelling. I am currently in love with the combo Liadan Isolde... what about Ailis Maeve? I've been toying withAilis Maeve
Ailis Grainne (great with Isolde)
Ailis Mairin
Ailis SineadFeel free to ask about pronunciation :)

I ADORE Liadan. Ailis is really pretty too, but not entirely my style. It's made an appearance on my PNL before, though, in previous Irish A-name crazes (Aoife, Aine, etc.). Both names together make fabulous twins, IMO.Ailis Maeve is a little awkward for me. Something about the rhythm and the way the names fit together... eh. I really, REALLY like Ailis Grainne, though, and it does fit beautifully with Liadan Isolde (also lovely, though I don't know if I'd be brave enough to use it on this side of the pond).

I love, love, love Liadán - Lee-a-daun. I like a lot bit not as much Líadan and I have issues with the Lee-din pronunciation BtN gives. But thanks for reminding me how much I love Liadán. Which one do you prefer?
Ailís is lovely too and they make a great sibset. I think Ailís Sineád is nice.

Love Liadan and Ailis is lovely as well, they work well as twins. Liadan Isolde is lush and I have a soft spot for Maeve so Ailis Maeve works for me. I want to like Grainne, but the pronunciation is just so unattractive. The others don't appeal to me. I'm sold on
Liadan Isolde and Ailis Maeve. Perfect.

I love Celtic names, and I've been in love with any variation of Alice this days. So Ailis made me wowwww! I think it makes a great pair! Ailis Maeve and Ailís Grainne sounds the better to me.
