The only ones I can think of are Penelope and Prunella.
Just so you know why, I'm asking because I've always adored Nell, it may be my absolute favorite nn ever so I'm looking for a good name that Nell can be used for. I know Nell is traditionally a nn for Eleanor but it has never felt natural to me.
