Combos (because I want to): Esme Oriana, Esme Naomi, Esme Gioia, Esme Leilani
Declan sounds nice, but it reminds me a little of "Declaw", so I wouldn't use it.
Combos: Declan Jameson, Declan Samuel, Declan Thomas, Declan Vincent
I like Emmett, but I also feel like it's missing a syllable or something. I prefer Everett, Emory, or Emmanuel.
Combos: Emmett Jonathan, Emmett Theodore, Emmett Sylvester, Emmett Pierce.

Thanks for the combos! I haven't thought about Leilani in a long time! I also LOVE Emmett Theodore! And now you've made me realise what bothers me about Emmett, it is totally missing a syllable! I feel like just as you're starting to say the name, it's all over and it's like you don't quite catch the middle part. Which is weird since it's not a super short name. Emmett Pierce is also quite nice.

To tell you that truth, I also forgot about Leilani until that post yesterday. :)
Yep, that's my hang-up with the name. It doesn't feel full on my tongue, and that bothers me.
