I wouldn't name them with the same letter. So if Maeve is in, Mackenzie is out.
I think Leo, Anya and Maeve would be awesome together!

Because of them being twins? I guess that makes sense. It would be kind of annoying if people thought we gave them both M names on purpose.

Because they are siblings of the same gender. It's difficult for people to remember which is which sometimes, regardless of names. So it adds another level of complication when the names are similar. And even worse if they are twins. And even worse if they are identical.
I guess that's true!! People do get siblings muddled... thanks :)
