Oooh. Interesting.I madly love Keturah at the minute. It's so odd and out there that I kind of adore it. I also like the nickname 'Kit' for it and... damn it, I've just never heard it used. And it is useable. And I adore it. It's odd and archaic and beautiful.I also dig Josephine (kind of getting tired of it, but oh well), Araminta, Ophelia and Guinevere. All pretty, especially the last three. Viola is ok too. From the blokes, I like: August (distinguished), Bram (as a nn), Frederick, Misha (ONLY as a nickname for Mikhail. Mikhail "Misha" is one of the names I would seriously like to use for personal reasons), and Benedict and Gideon are both wonderful names. I'm psyched to see Gideon on your list!

I've been feeling similarly about Josephine lately, but when I initially listed Viola as my #2, I couldn't bear it. I guess I'm just a little irked by how difficult Josephine is to find a middle name for. I'm happy you said August is distinguished - it's been my #1 since I was 14, now, I think. I can never bring myself to liking Abraham / Abram enough to use them as a full name for Bram, and there was a bit of a fuss when I asked about Misha as a full given name (essentially, I don't think Mikhail "Misha" would work well where I live). Gideon is another name I find impossible to pair :/

I love Caspian.. I'd consider using it if my name wasn't Cassie.

Aw, man! Misha is super similar to my name, so I wonder about whether or not I could really use it.
