Cookie as a name? Yes, of course, my dog is named Cookie. Cookie as a human name? Absolutely NO!
I don't know, personally I find it hard to see Cookie as anything but my dog's name, but that doesn't mean somebody else can't find it "playful and beautiful".
I'm not as honest in real life as I am on the boards, no one on here knows me, and so it's completely different when you're face to face with a close friend, family member, or an acquaintance.
