how important is it to avoid this...

Hi. My last name is something similar to Phillips. I love the FN Jeffrey, but Jeff Phillips has the problem (?) of running the "f" sound from Jeff into the "f" sound from Phillips. It kind of bothers me, but I don't know if it is bad enough to not use the name. Advice or opinions?
