Since your daughter only has one middle name, that's what I would to with your son's name as well. I personally wouldn't want to have more/less middle names than my sibling.
Paul Warren sounds the best. And I don't really think it's honoring unless you use the exact name as the person you want to honor - so in my eyes Conrad isn't really honoring if it's just a longer variant of your husband's name.

No, strictly speaking it isn't "honoring", just referring to my husband. We don't want to use my husband's name as it is, because he thinks it would be too pretentious ;-)
