Oh, I just wrote all this out and then saw the subject line says Pick One.
So, favorites: Tristan and Sienna. Least favorites: Jarvis and Willow.
Favorites:
Tristan - this name sounds so honest to me.
Jasper - perfectly in-between fusty-classic and modern cool.
Heath - unusually manly-sounding for a naturey name.
Sienna - it shimmers. A name that is so youthful now, but will grow.
Zoe - another name that is right in between cute modernness and heroic classic.
Xanthe - usually names with more than one rule-breaking "feature" letter - in this case the X and the pronounced final e - are too much for me, but Xanthe sounds warm and friendly enough that its letters aren't overbearing.
I also like Xander and Julius, and Caspian and Xavier are nice.
Natasha, Tessa, Camilla are appealing. Elise is ok.
Least favorites:
Jarvis - just has a bad image with me and I don't like the sound.
Flynn - it's so flip and surnamey.
Willow - just don't like the wobbly sound
Isobel - that O gives me trouble.
Seth, Aaron, and Oliver don't appeal to me but I don't dislike them near as much as I do Jarvis and Flynn.
