These are names I find it difficult to make a decision on whether they are PNL worthy, I actually like them, or go between really liking and hating them.
Danielle - I love it, then I hate it. I'm not sure about the -nyel bit, and I knew an awful woman with this name, and wonder if I'll ever rid myself of the association
Anne - is it plain, boring, old, or lovely? It's very easy to use for a mn, but are there many more names I'd prefer in the fn spot? Also,
Ann or
Anne?
Mary and
Marie - ditto
Anne
Charlotte - I used to be sure I hated this name, though when I was younger it was the name I gave to my doll (who was pretty much like my child for about 8 years). Now that I'm hearing it a lot, I think I'm warming to it again.
Morrigan - I go back and forth, I like
Morgana and
Morwenna, so do I NEED
Morrigan? Do I have space for it? Does it have anything
Morgana doesn't? Does it sound like a name at all?
Harley - I think I'm quickly going off it. Same with
Marley.
Charles - it's an honouring name (although I'm unlikely to actually have any children, but I like to play hypothetically) but I think I dislike it. I could use
Peter instead, which I find less offensive, but it doesn't work so well in the mn spot
James - fits really nicely in the mn spot, but is it a cliche there? Does
James deserve a fn place?
What do you think?
