My favourites:
Caroline Alyssa
Violet Alyssa
Eleanor Clarissa
Audrey Clarissa
Madeleine Audrey. Audrey Madeleine
Madeleine Charlotte. Charlotte Madeleine
Madeleine Greta. Greta Madeleine
Madeleine Claire
Veronica Madeleine
Alyssa and Clarrisa don't thrill me, they seem a bit fluffy and insubstantial, and are one of those -ssa names that were so insanely popular around when I was born. I also don't really see the appeal of Bonnie, if it's a family name, then fine, stick it in the middle, but otherwise it's almost laughably cutesy.

I like:
Alice or Alison but not Alyssa
Caroline
Jane
Clare but not Claire
Heather
Clarissa as a mn
Eleanor
May but not Mae
Margaret
Nora
TessaDo you really spell Casandra with one s, or is it a typo?ETA: Bonnie is insubstantial and substandard, better suited to a pretty puppy. I've seen it used (by a distant relative by marriage!) as a nn for Bronwen, which might be a good idea.

I really like Alyssa Charlotte, Clarissa Violet (love Clarissa), Madeleine Audrey and Nora Madeleine I really dislike Jodie and don't think it fits your first names in style at all

I really like Heather Alyssa, and Alyssa Heather would be very pretty too.
Also, Veronica is cool, but not real crazy about Madeline.
