Justine
Thoughts on this name?
Would you prefer this as a first name or middle name?
Any combo suggestions?

I like it.
The Marquis de Sade association is a little scary, but I'm not sure how many people would recall it just by hearing the name in English.
I'd probably make it a middle name just because I prefer names with first-syllable emphasis as first names.Julia Justine

I actually really like this name. I knew someone whose daughter was named Justin, but personally, I would rather see Justine for girls. I think it's stylish, not super popular or trendy, but a name that is familiar. I like the way the name looks and sounds, and can easily imagine it on someone of any age. It feels quite classic, in that respect.

Probably prefer it as a middle name. I like it, but it's so aggressively ... sexy? I'm not sure, but I have a hard time picturing an ordinary woman or a little girl named Justine, but have no trouble picturing a dominatrix named Mistress Justine.

Justine is the -ine or -een name I like best. Given enough daughters, I'd definitely consider it as a fn.For the record, I don't like Justin at all. No idea why.Justine Eloise

I'm the same way.I think Justine is great, but don't care for Justin at all! I feel like even without Justin Timberlake it would seem so... dated. And boyband-ish.
