Re: Oonagh / Oona / Una
I like them all. I’m sorry so many people here don’t give traditional Irish names/spellings a chance. The musician Alela Diane has the sweetest redhead girl named Oona. Suits her beautifully.Using Oonagh, but all spellings for all combos possible and pleasant.Oonagh Tamsin
Oonagh Frances
Oonagh Niamh
Oonagh Rachel
Oonagh Rosemary
Oonagh Brigid
Oonagh Margaret
Oonagh Cathleen or Caitlin or Catherine
Oonagh Violet
Oonagh Liadain
Oonagh Damaris
Oonagh Maeve
Oonagh Josephine(Edit: I am just considering the double meaning for Oonagh Rachel. Either cool to have the language play of sorts, or distasteful to have two sheep-related names... honestly I think it’s kind of sweet and I’d probably occasionally call the kid lamb, as well as hoping they’d have an interest in languages.)
