So many names; so few daughters.
Marianne. Good name; I knew a nice one at school; tidily combines Mary and Anne, both family names; if it's good enough for Jane Austen, it's good enough for me.
Other likes: May, Michele, Margaret, Marjorie - all honouring. And I also like Mabel, Marina and Miranda, but I don't know where to put them. Moira, I blow hot and cold on.
