Henry with the nn HarryA Henry that goes by Henry seems fairly middle class. Using just the name Harry as a stand alone name seems very workaday. Naming a kid Henry but then calling him Harry, which has the same number of syllables, sounds upper class like Prince Henry Charles Albert David who goes by Harry.

Henry, no contest. But Harry is a nickname for Henry, so it’s kind of like asking if William or Bill is better.

Henry sounds more formal and serious. Harry sounds a bit more relaxed, like the name of a cheeky guy.
