Beatrice - my mother's name, and therefore my daughter's. I've just posted a long rant about its etymology on the Facts board.
Agnes - lovely with the French pronunciation, but no chance of that outside Francophone regions. As Aggies go, I prefer Agatha, without the nn if at all possible.
Ursuline - like the Convents? No, really! Ursula is already rather long and clumsy, and Ursuline adds pronunciation issues to the mix.
Michelle - I prefer Michele or Michèle (I have two friends, one English and one French, who use the two spellings), and would use Michele as a mn. Michelle, in spite of the Beatles song, seems heavy.
Tabitha - too feline by half; I far prefer Talitha.
Greta - Quite nice , though I prefer Margaret. Greta is much nicer than Gretchen, Gretel and Grethe, IMO.
Pia - very bland and, well, pious. I know of someone who named a daughter Pia 'to honour his Danish heritage', which I find unexpected.

Of these I like Beatrice, Michelle, and Tabitha best. I know Tabitha makes people think of cats, but my first thought is the little girl from Bewitched.

Beatrice: I don’t have a problem with Beatrice, but when I first saw it I did think it was quite ugly, to be honest. I don’t have a problem with it anymore but I still prefer Beatrix by miles. Beat-rice isn’t cute, BEE-tris, or BEE-A-tris isn’t a very attractive sound despite it being universal. I also find it very old-fashioned. And I don’t say that very often. The only good things I really like about it is the meaning, the nickname Bea, and the Shakespeare character is interesting. 2/3 of those you can still get from Beatrix.Agnes: This name isn’t... awful. I don’t think it’s that bad. But like I said with Beatrice, it’s old fashioned. It’s sounds sour and the meaning is uh... interesting (I mean hey it’s better than Chastity). I prefer Ines, which is pure, pretty, and unique. Quite youthful as well. You also have Inez. As far as Ag- names go I prefer Agatha. It sounds classy and intelligent. Ursuline: I never even heard of this name before. Is it ur-SA-leen or ur-SA-lien? Sounds extremely made-up and not that good. If we’re being nice it can fit in with Madeline, Emmeline, and others enough. Just Ursula or even better - Ursa.Michelle - Michelle, ma belle... I think of the Beatles song. Which is a lovely song and Michelle is a lovely name I wouldn’t mind having myself. Michelle Obama is a nice namesake, and I also think of Michelle from Full House. Michelle is a classy, beautiful, and nice name. Better than the uber-trendy 2000’s Mikayla. Michaela is ugly and complex unless it’s Michael-ah.

I don't like, Ursa. It is Ur-sa-LEEN.

Beatrice: I very much like both Beatrice and Beatrix.
Agnes: it's grown on me, but I still find it rather dowdy.
Ursuline: like the religious order? I'd stick with Ursula, thought it sounds heavy and villainous.
Michelle: dated and forgettable. I prefer Michaela if pronounced mee-ka-EL-a.
Tabitha: frumpy and feline.
Greta: gritty. My second favourite Margaret derivative after Margot.
Pia: makes me think of Proto-Indo-Aryan.
