I enjoy Alan and Jerome from your boys list. As from the girl names, I love Loretta, Brenda, Carolyn, Anita, Judith, Audrey, Patricia, Bonnie, Beverly, Jeanette, Joyce, Elaine, and Joan.

Actually, the 1930s to 1950s is a name era that I personally don't prefer... But two of my favorite names (Patricia and Jacqueline) are on the 1940s list. So I'll have to reevaluate mid-20th century names.
