Pun Names
What are your favorite names that are puns? I like Anita Hero (I need a hero) and Paula Royd (Polaroid). Can be vulgar or just plain silly.Don't take this too seriously of course.

The governor of Texas named his daughter Ima Hogg (1882 - 1975) It was rumored that she had sisters named Ura Hogg, Hoosa Hogg, and Wera Hogg but she only had brothers. Other girls named Ima have been recorded in the Census - Ima Pigg, Ima Muskrat, Ima Nut, Ima Hooker, Ima Weiner, Ima Reck, Ima Pain, and Ima Butt.
There's a real life one that always gets a snort out of me. I was at a wedding years ago and I overheard this guy having a conversation about what he was going to name his future daughter. He said right out the gate, "Well my last name is Ness, so I can't name her anything that starts with an A!" He further explained that because if her name ever got shortened to only her first initial...
I never forgot that. So then when I worked in a bookstore, I happened to fall upon an author by the name of Patrick Ness. I was laughing inwardly and couldn't tell anybody. Also, Bob Loblaw.

I'm terrible at puns, I just don't have a pun-oriented brain or something! There's an author called Nova Kane. I remember coming up with Hal Owen as a silly way of giving someone a "Halloween" name, years ago. Haha.
I know a family with six boys. Their last name is Case.If they have a seventh, I'm voting for Justin Case.
