Thoughts? Preferred pronunciation? Anything that comes to mind? 🙂

I'd probably call the child Theodora (and nn Thea). I have mostly known Thea (th ee a) but Téa is a name with the pronunciation tay ah) and Théa would be pronounced the same way.
I guess it may depend where you live. If you live in an Anglophone country, I'd go with Thea (th ee ah) as you would otherwise be forever correcting the pronunciation (if you went with [tay ah or]. (tee ah) is not really an option, unless that would be the pronunciation where you live (maybe if you live in Greece).

Amazing synchronicity! I am watching a show and there is a woman named Thea on it at this moment. It suits her, and I like it on her. I do think it seems incomplete, but no more so than Elle. It sounds like the name of philosophy professor's daughter. I say THEE-uh, and that is how the woman on the show pronounces it as well.

Sophisticated but unpretentious, I think it’s lovely and surprised it’s not more popular!
Thea said thay-uh or thee-uh, depending on the what the person prefers.
I actually have a player in my DnD group whose character name is Thea, so that's what jumps to mind first haha She's a half-elf sorceress, so one of my glass cannons :)

It’s fine I guess, feels a little dull.
It's not bad, but more of a nickname than a full name.

Love the name Thea, short, classy and not over used. I also think Teddy makes an adorable nickname.
Really cute, but also seems classy. It's a nice pick.
I think of Thea Stilton, Geronimo stiltons sister in that book series
It's OK. Pronounced like the last syllable of Dorothea, which is what it usually is. And Dorothea is inconveniently long for daily use.
