I agree with everyone that it's pretty but overused and that its popularity puts me off using it (same for
Emma as well - I grew up around a lot of girls named
Emma as well).
Some similar sounding names I like are:
Emilia,
Emiliana, Emilda,
Emmeline,
Emeline,
Emelina, Emelita, Emelota and
Amelina.
