Because Rachel is popular in itself, I'd avoid any overused mns (which would rule out Elizabeth and Catherine in my book anyhow).
Rachel Isabella sounds just lovely. Also Rachel Alexandria, Rachel Cassandra, Rachel Juliana, Rachel Gwendolen, Rachel Bethany.
