I don't know of anyone who has directly copied a celeb baby name, however, I know plenty who have copied here and there: Halle, Ella, Ava, Rose (mn), Grace, etc. I would copy Christian Slater's dd's name, Eliana Sophia. Gorgeous! I also like Matt LeBlanc's dd's name, Marina Pearl.
