Maybe because it sounds like a element on the periodic table? To me - at least.
I could definitely see Tenzin being popular in this day in age, it has a cool meaning, a nice sound, and it’s not so horrible overall.
I would maybe use Tenzin Caleb or Tenzin Oliver.
