Elizabeth - Mainly Liz, not so much Lizzie or Beth or Elle or any of those.
Katharine & variations - Mainly just Kate or Katie, although a lot of Katherines I know go by their full name.
Julia - Julie, Jules or their full name.
Julianna - I know a Julianna and she goes by Juli.
Olivia - My friend Olivia is just Olivia, but I guess another nn could be Liv.
