I like Hope well enough but would not use it (I prefer Grace and maybe Faith).
Iris is related to the meaning of hope and/or peace as it is related to rainbow (Latin, Greek, Iris was the goddess of the rainbow and thus the flower is multi-hued, or part of the eye. The connection with the rainbow gives a cultural connotation of hope (Noah, his ark, Gpd's promise, even if you do not believe the stories culturally the connection is there).
I love the name Iris (not sure I would have used it as I have other dominant motivators when naming).
Flora I like well enough, again, but would not use. For me it connects to Flora MacDonald, she of the Skye Boat Song and the escpe of Bonnie Prince Charlie.
