For months the kids have been begging us to get a dog. We thought about purchasing one from the store but never really got around to it. Well one day, we thought we'd take the kids on a trip to the farm since Fredrika has taken quite an interest in horses. While we were there, the kids fell in love with one of the farm's dogs. The owner of the farm later told me that if we wanted to, we could adopt the dog, so since we were already thinking of getting one, we thought...why not! The dog didn't have a name yet, so the kids agreed that Quincykins would be a good name for him :)
